experience architecting and developing large-scale web applications for atleastfive years knows ASP.NET inside and out - from custom controls to reflection toasynchronous callback delegates - and does it all in C# strong knowledge of DHTML, CSS and Javascript experience with reports and MS Office integration competent in SQL Server modeling, querying and performance tuning has maintained and configured production IIS and SQL servers completes projects on-time and works well under pressure MCAD or MCSD-certified a bonus excellent research and problem-solving skills excellent written and verbal communication skills experience building commercial desktop applications in .NET is a big plus
