Mark Underwood, President and Corporate Counsel

With over 20 years experience in technology and the law, Consulting to Fortune 500 companies has dominated his storied career. Mark has always had a strong passion for all things technical. Working at companies such as Motorola, Chrysler, and NASA have sharpened Mark's experience in consulting. Most recently Mark has been a leader in the mobile marketing arena, as he developed, with his "Vision Team" a special internal unit of GETMAR, new technologies for mobile delivery of the web with text only. They have developed applications and games and development tools for adaptive testing and distribution. Mark graduated from Beloit College and from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

Kelly Cruz Director of Communications

As Getmar Corp's Communications Director, Kelly directs Mark and the rest of our team and delivers all communication for Getmar.. As our communications guru, she ports us to community to media outlets, government officials, academic institutions, and community groups.Kelly has appeared on national media outlets, including CNN, BBC, MSNBC, and the History Channel. Since joining Getmar, Kelly's work has also been featured in several leading newspapers, including the Wall Street Journal, Associated Press, Chicago Tribune, and Los Angeles Kelly matriculated from The University of Kentucky and is working on her Masters Degree from Grand Valley State University.

Tofer Goetz, Director Solution and Services, New Project Development

Tofer has over 15 years of software development and design experience in a wide variety of languages and technologies including both enterprise and desktop solutions. He also has 5+ years of experience in braod solution services for enterprise and consumer development. In the past, Tofer held many development, leadership and management roles at Mercury Capital the leader in tech funding in the Valley (California). Most recently, as the Development Manager and Architect where he guided a large team to provide tools, services and products for the emerging tech industry. Troy graduated from Stanford and married a local from right here in West Michigan. Thanks Tofer!

Matt Greinke, Solutions and Services Microsoft Technology

After a rich career in software development and management, Matt oversees all enterprise and server side development for our Microsoft development team. Matt has worked for several dynamic, cutting edge start-ups and has accumulated over 10 years of experience on various server, desktop and mobile platforms. He was one of the leaders of the CIARA project Chrysler transition platform coordinator where as the Solution Architect he contributed vision, leadership and technical knowledge. Matt received his degree from Northwestern University in Computer Science.

Megan Van Hoosen, Director of Marketing

Megan is a technology consulting veteran, having worked in the industry since 2003. Prior to joining Getmar, Megan held positions at Synergy Chicago, Presto Interactive and Motorola. While at Motorola, she was in charge of Strategic Accounts. She has since moved back from Chicago to her hometown of Grand Rapid so to work with Getmar. Megan is degreed from Michigan State University.

Kristen Johnson, Director Human Realtions

With over 15 years of accounting experience Kristen Johnson is the Human Resources Director at  GETMAR. She has worked with many different industries including insurance and benefits, galleries and interior design, manufacturing, information technology, landscaping, accounting, and architecture. Johnson has over a decade of Human Resources experience, including compensation and benefits, recruiting, budgeting, labor relations, organizational and employee development. She holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology from Grand Valley State University.
